Franks has always been my favorite
But this time I was disappointed. Bread was burnt badly. No sauce and very little cheese on my meatball Parm sandwich. Worst ever. Tiramisu was frozen. Zepolis were satisfactory. I hope it was just an inexperienced person hrlpigoyt

No sauce, the bottom of the pizza tasted like they coated it with the bottom of a dirty toaster oven. I've had Franks pizza before and maybe this was just a one day mistake kind of thing but dang man that was a really bad one.

Food is usually great but they were super busy today and pizza was a little doughy, not crispy pizza as usual.

Everything was really delicious and tasted fresh. They are very generous with their portions. Highly recommend this place.
