Great customer service on top of the mouth-watering food. I order frequently; tonight, I got a call from them asking if it's okay to sub salad and fries for rice since they were out of rice. I appreciated the gesture, especially since they could've just sent the Dasher off with whatever they had.
As for the taste, let me put it this way: my bro and his wife are from out of state, and sometimes they go straight to Franky's from LGA before my place, lol. My bro says he's obsessed with how smoky and flavorful their lamb and chicken souvlaki are. The sauces are fantastic too. Love this place.

Franky always has fresh meat & veggies. He has a wide variety to choose from. Fresh Pork , Beef, Lamb, Seafood, Gyro, Shrimp, Chicken, Fresh Salad, Feta Cheese, over a bed of Fresh Cooked Rice. Yummy. He makes Souvlakis on a stick or in a platter seasoned to perfection. Woooohoooo! Tell 'em Miey Pitbull from Astoria sent you. ;)

Franky's Dad started out with a little push cart under the train station on 31st Ave & 31st St. He always had fresh meat & veggies to give his customers. My Dad was a customer, then I started to frequent his cart. When my Dad passed on I continued the family tradition till current day. Franky took over from his Dad & slowly upgraded to a food truck, & moved to Steinway Street & 31st St. He has seafood, beef, pork, lamb, gyro, salad, feta cheese, fries, fresh bread from the local bakery. I wouldn't patronize any other business. The lines go 30 - 50 deep sometimes. I order online now since i'm disabled. When I open the bag my mouth is watering just like it did 30 years ago. I highly recommend Franky's Food Truck whether you're ordering on DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats or you show up for an impromptu lunch, dinner or snack. He has a variety of cold soda, water, ice tea, juice to wash it all down. I give Franky's Food Truck 10 stars. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Your pallet will thank you. Make sure you tip Franky, the next time he sees you standing on line waiting, he'll hook you up like you were a star. Enjoy, tell 'em Mikey Pitbull sent you. ;)

Their plates are really dang good! I'm normally able to point out something that could use a little work but nope.. their food is 10/10. We will definitely order again. It came to Maspeth from Astoria and was still warm..

the bread was hard the sausage was nasty, the gyro was very nasty I had to throw everything in the garbage
