Easily the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever eaten

The lasagna was burnt on the bottom, the spagetti had hard noodles in it. They did not follow instructions on keeping certain items separated.  Portion sizes were small. Did not receive one of my salads , nor does the restaurant offer to send breadsticks or even silverware and napkins

the potato soap came in a small cup and didn't seem like potato soup at all

The food tasted like basic frozen Italian, as well as the pretzels with beer cheese were burnt.
