I ordered the Thursday yellow rice and the large pieces of rib in it is delicious. I ordered the SMALL Pernil and sweet plantains and the portions are plentiful. It is enough for 2 meals and well worth the value plus the pernil came with the crunchy skin too! Just delicious!

This restaurant never fails. They have the best pollo Pollo Asado in Philly, they season it so good. The Alcapurrias are really good too. The prices are really good for the amount of food they serve you, not everywhere in Philly you can find good food like Freddy and Tony's but only the front st location. I definitely recommend this restaurant

FREDDY N TONY'S (FRONT ST) is always on point!! The food always arrives, fresh, hot and flavorful. The packaging of their products is orderly and clean; and the portions are enough to feed about 2 people. If they don't have what you've ordered they will call you to confirm an accommodation. I will continue ordering from THE FRONT ST. RESTAURANT because of how they care for their customers and because it's more to my liking which differs from its sister restaurant. Taste is mad inconsistent and it's been this way for years. Habichuelas / Beans were bland, Yellow Rice was tacky/overcooked,
and Bistec Encebollado was chewy. Waste of money every other time.

The pernil, chicken,yellow and white rice, beans, and alcapurias were great they always have a good flavor but the tostones this is 3rd time buying them are always hard not crunchy and with no olive oil, garlic and salt. The green banana neither it's just bland and they don't give option for this which is weird. but at least everything else was perfect.
