• 8/4/25The burger patties were dry and hard, they tasted burnt and crunchy. The bun was hard and stale. The cheese curd carton came barely 1/4 full and they were cold and waxy. I would absolutely save my money and not order here again.

• 6/2/22I always have high hopes anytime a new "authentic old fashioned burger" chain comes to Vegas and sadly rarely are these hyped places worth my time. I had tried their frozen custard a few weeks back as a friend lives nearby and was pleasantly surprised how good the vanilla is. Real custard that doesnt instantly melt or isnt made with powder is so hard to find in town since Rita's locations closed. Per it being quality I decided to order and give their food a shot even with all the warnings on Yelp of horrible quality even with a new SW location. They were 100% spot on. While I did like the shoe string fries that is where is went downhill real fast from. The $10 giant looking (bs false advertising) mushroom double burger I got literally was the size of something off McDonald's dollar menu no exaggeration. I had to do a double take and could barely get through it as even with the veggies all I could taste was overcooked completely dry meat that tasted like a salt lick. To top that off the small drink I ordered, which at any fast food or restaurant in town would be a minimum of 12 to 16 ounces, was literally a toddler size 6oz max with half ice. My entire meal was a bad prank and I have not seen cups this small outside of movie theater children popcorn snack boxes yet alone being served to adults at the price of normal size menu items. Freddy's wants to charge restaurant prices with no quality to be seen whatsoever in their food aside from a shoe string fry and frozen custard or hype from locations in other states Great business model when McDonalds and Burger King surpass you in quality at half the cost hence they will not be open long term. Lesson learned listen to reviews and will never stray from In and Out or Habit if I'm ever doing a fast food burger place where you ateast get the quality/sizes you pay for! 😅

• 8/22/25stopped in to s.rainbow location. first off, i sat near the back right bythe kitchen and was able to listen to back of house chatter.the crew was happy, having fun and cranking out the orders. my number was called and I was pointed to all of the extra sauces and soda station.
hamburger was exactly as I ordered -although I wish this whole flattening- smashing- trend would go away. yes, these burgers tend to be a bit salty, but I knew that going in and once in awhile, it is a tasty treat .the shoestring seasoned fries are always the star of the show.
overall, I look forward to a once a month visit to Freddy's.

• 7/23/24Decided to try after reading reviews. Everything was great! The Bacon & Cheese Double was really tasty 😋 Cheese Curds are anyways a winner. Freddy's Fries are my ideal fry; love them skinny shoestrings! Will definitely order again 👍

• 6/18/23Everything has been great from this location for months. Lately all the little things like napkins and sauce have been included too. Always fast and fresh. Freddys rocks like van halen with david lee roth
