It's the best and they have the best concrete ice cream. Only issue I've ever had was ordering through door dash which was not door dash fault but was Freddy's as they put the wrong items in our bag and order. Other than that it's our go to and love it and would it it everyday if it wouldn't make me soo damn fat!! Haha always worth the stop even when they're having a bad day cuz their bad days are better than mosts good or best days.

I gave it 3 stars because they do have great burgers, but this was my first time eating here and I was a little disappointed in the service.  No commmunication that you can't get pickup orders through the drive thru and instead of accommodating me the one time since I did not know that,  I had to pull out of the drive thru after waiting forever, get my sleeping baby out of the car to go inside and grab my order only to find out they left the cheese curds out.  The drink carrier doesn't hold the smaller cups very well so they fell out of the carrier in the parking lot.  I had to go back inside to get the cheese curds and new drinks.  When they gave me the cheese curds, they only filled up half the cup and they were overcooked.    For the price of their menu, I feel they can up their customer service a bit.  If unsure how to do that, here is what should have happened... the order should have been given to me in the drive thru with the understanding I know for next time.   Also, it would be good to communicate that to all customers placing pickup orders at the time of placing orders so they can be prepared.  Last, fill up the cheese curds cups all the way.   Hope this helps them improve!

This was my first time trying Freddys. The #4 Freddy's Original Patty Melt Combo was so delicious! The bread is buttered and the patty wasnt to thick/thin but just right. I got onion rings instead of fries and I'm glad I did, they were very good and fried perfectly. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

Food is cold and large fry I ordered and paid extra money for wasn't even halfway full even after checking the bag to see if fries spilled out of the bag. What a disappointment. Freddy's is hit or miss with DoorDash unless you pick the order up yourself and check the food quality in store I wouldn't recommend ordering here. Ive had to ask for fresh fries as their fries are constantly stall or cold.

order was incomplete. custard was soupy and not like it sat on a counter soup but came out the machine soup, I had this issue from this same place the only other time and I had gone through the drive through.

100% do not recommend this particular
