• 8/21/24They never mess up my order. But today they did.
Missing the Fountain Drink
Grilled Cheese Steakburger Combo looks like a mess. missing a burger patty, hardly any bacon or sauce.
Tried the new tots....they did even fill the container up and they are soggy.
Very Disappointed today

• 8/10/24Love Freddy's and foods always great but today I only got a half order of Cheese Curds ($6 insane) total of 8 curds and the kids meal drink was missing

• 8/17/25Ordered a large sundae with toppings. I recieved a half full bowl with of toppings, and only three small spoonfuls of custard. By small spoonfuls, I am referring to the spoon they provide. I usually get so much custard that it lasts me for 2 days. I've never had an issue like this before but this was pretty unfortunate.

• 2/3/24cheese fries had very little cheese and Chocolate Brownie Delight had no brownie and added banana to only get 3 slices!

• 9/4/24the cheesy fries were underwhelming (paid extra for that) then we paid extra for montery jack and cheddar cheese added to our burgers with the slice of cheese we recieved comparable to the size of a cheeze it. why charge extra for such a tiny portion of cheese that doesn't even cover 1/6 of the burger? our drink came filled 2/3 of the way and I wondered if someone had drank out of it but our bag was sealed so I can only surmise that it wasn't filled properly. all in all it was a terrible experience
