Absolutely delicious! the portion sizes are fantastic, and my chow mein box was filled to the brim! I got a small hot and sour soup, and as you can see, it's a big small! fantastic pricing in my opinion. A delicious dinner, and breakfast tomorrow! Everything was hot, packaged tightly, and neatly in one bag. If I had to complain the sodas weren't ice cold, but they were not heated up by the food either. Will 100% eat here again :)

Best Chinese food in the area. We have several others here in Grass Valley but the food I've had at the places in GV are usually greasy and the vegetables are overcooked. the Lemon Chicken and the ginger beef are two of my favorites.

Every time I get food from here it's good!! Their soups are amazing!! And the combination fried rice was delicious and filled to the top!! I eat here once a month and they never disappoint!!

general's chicken is very, very good, but rice would have been a nice option. The potstickers are good, but didn't come with enough potsticker sauce, portion cup was only half full. No napkins, I didn't need any this time, but good to send a couple just in case. overall, good, I'd order again

Sweet and Sour Pork is crispy, normally not something I order but it's delicious.
The Crispy Sesame Beef is fantastic and flavorful, heads up my 8yo started running around screaming it was too spicy, it wasn't but he may have gotten a chili?
The Seafood Chow Mein was good.
And the Shrimp Curry was lovely. Don't forget to order rice to enjoy all your delicious sauce.
I wouldn't call Fred's "authentic" but they sure are tasty!
