I've ordered this before and never run into this issue, but I received a chunk of chicken on the bone just laid on top of the salad bowl? Very difficult to cut with the plastic utensils provided? I got what I could off of it and it was very good otherwise, but just very confused by that! They’re always very kind when I stop in, always quick with my order, just a very confusing way to receive the bowl haha!

Ordered a Roasted Chicken (Halal). Half chicken spent additional for it and got a quarter instead. When I asked for a refund of the difference I was denied. Needless to say I won't be ordering again.
