Deep-fried Spicy Salmon was super tasty, well accompanied by the sticky sweet sauce vs the saltier soy sauce most other rolls are paired with. Balanced well with the Summer Maki, super refreshing with a hit of lime and jalapeno.

I do not understand how this place has 4.8 stars. I threw most of my $100 order away. The rice was disgraceful and gummy. Sushi rice is the most important part of sushi. It was seasoned incorrectly or barely at all and way too much water in the rice making it extremely chewy. Clear that this chef.. or cook was not trained. For a restaurant that is named “Fresh Sushi” it was far from - made with very low grade frozen fish. If you are a sushi novice, may be fine, but definitely will not be ordering from here again.

one of the best sushi places in town. Fish is always fresh, I love it when I get to eat an orchid. Great menu, I could eat something different from here every day!
