They don't accept changes... which means I can't order a Cobb salad without tomatoes and my wife can't ask for no quinoa . That leads me to believe that everything is pre-made, which is definitely not "fresh".
I've ordered from these guys hundreds of times, but not if I have to pick diced tomatoes out of a day-old pre-made salad.
