Burger tasted like school food; Mac and cheese was plastic; ice cream orders were wrong. We usually love friendlys so this was really disappointing.

bowl of Soups & Chowder p was not even close to full and looked like it had been out all day and loaded Loaded Waffle Fries only came with bacon

 EVERY SINGLE TIME that we order from here, our food is not only cold when it arrives, but the chicken is overcooked and ridiculously crispy, the loaded waffle fries are upside down. Whatever cheese and bacon was supposed to be on them is stuck to the bottom of the container. There was no sour cream and three of us ordered waffle fries never mind the fact that they are not loaded as advertised. this is incredibly disappointing I just spent so much money on this food and no one wants to eat it because of all the issues incredibly disappointing.

They forgot all the sides and sauces also barely put anything in the cup of soup
