don't know these people this is a genuine comment, the food arrived still hot, incredible presentation of the Greek salad and also made properly unlike other places that will keep parts of the salad at a minimum. the hot food was very well cooked, I had the salmon and was perfectly made.

We have purchased food twice from Frilled, both times the Gummy Flake and Blue Grenadier were big pieces the Pumpkin Cakes were also really big. The food wasnt excessively greasy and well drained before packaging (only as greasy as a deep fried food item would be) either which was good.
The food was also packed into the cardboard packaging (which is better as the fish doesnt stick as easily like it does with paper) as opposed to wrapping in just paper. Usually we've had to ask for this elsewhere, here we didnt have to ask.

This has been one of my favourite restaurants to order from and I usually order the same Flake single pack. Lately: my last 3 orders were not as enjoyable as they usually are. The quality of the fries seems to have gone down as they often arrive soggy or cold now, but usually they were always crispy and hot. I did move 2 minutes further away from the restaurant by car than my previous location but still it can't justify the drastic change in my food. Did something or someone change in the restaurant I wonder? Anyways, 5 stars for feeding me 50+ times, it's a good shop but now I am open to exploring other shops too due to 3 consecutive experiences where I felt a drop in the quality. Also please put salt on fish evenly on both sides. It seems like all the items are placed in the tray then tossed with salt from the top so the underside of fish potato cakes etc is not seasoned well. Also should provide a small lemon wedge with a fish dish I think.

The fish was dry and so were the chips. Not a fan, however the portion is quite large so that is a plus. I would not order again off of DoorDash maybe it is better when you order at the store
