The chicken was delicious, and the fried cheese was soft and warm! Like a heavenly pillow of flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked and was soft. It was not over cooked or undercooked. My compliments to the chef. The rice was bland and not worth trying. The salad needs improvement. Would I buy this again, only for the chicken and the fried cheese. The Gallo Pinto, Ensalada de Repollo was not worth it. I would rate the chicken 9/10, the fried cheese 9/10 (a little expensive but tasty), the gallo pinto (rice and beans) 6/10 (BLAND), Salad 5/10 (Fresh but not sour or sweet enough, definitely needs more sugar and vinegar). But beyond that this was much better than my first experience with this resturant. I would be willing to come back. Milca was cold and refreshing!

As authentic Nicaraguan as you can get anywhere near Tallahassee. Food was great and fresh. Large portions too. New go-to for when I want Nicaraguan food away from home.

I didn't get my cheese and that makes the meal very disappointing and I just wish the food was warmer but the steak tasted good the meat size is small but you get plenty rice &beans
