My bad - I should've known not to order fried shrimp from a fast-food joint, no matter how much I was craving it. What I got was overly-breaded, tasteless and rubber. (Groton's supermarket brand is far better. ) The zucchini and fries were fine, and the ranch dressing was quite good. I'm sure they make a lot of items well, but they would be better off taking this item off the menu.

Menu needs to be more specific. I ordered the chicken strips and description said chicken strips, fresh fries and sauce. I only got 1 chicken strip and sauce. Workers said its just one strip. So menu needs to be updated and more specific!!

Pastrami meat was all little crumbs of meat no big pieces like I've gotten at other places. First time this has happened to me here. They've been good before.

Pastrami was very greasy
Bacon burger was overly greasy and made all wrong fries were cold and greasy
Don't understand why so much grease
