Tasted amazing! I've had issues with chai tasting artificial, or the espresso overpowering the chai flavor with other places but this one was perfect. The drink arrived full, not melted and the cold foam not dissolved. Definitely would order again!

Sandwich and coffee were good. Dubai Chocolate Latte could use more flavor but nonetheless coffee was excellent and that was a pretty thick sandwich for the price

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the “Santa’s Christmas Cookie Latte.” Maybe I’m biased because I’m used to Dunkin’, but it wasn’t as sweet as I expected. I mainly tasted espresso rather than the flavors listed in the item description. Also, the spout on the iced coffee cup is pretty large—every time I took a sip, ice cubes were coming at my face, and I had to push them down just to get to the coffee.
I also ordered the apple cider donuts, which I didn’t really enjoy. I expected them to be warm, but they were wrapped in plastic and tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. The flavor just wasn’t for me.
One suggestion would be allowing more customization for coffee and espresso drinks and having them made to order instead of sticking to a set recipe. The latte wasn’t terrible—I did drink it—but I wouldn’t order it again. The portion sizes also felt small; a medium here is essentially a small at other places.

the coffee Iced Coffee was really good. the Watermelon Cucumber Mint was so refreshing. it's unfortunate that the cup was filled to the top with ice. $7 for a cup of ice. Scone was good. Carrot Cake was okay but didn't taste fresh. my friend said the Pineapple Pecan Passion Cake was good.
