I order from DoorDash on a regular basis and have never had an incorrect order from Fruit and Salad! Their attention to detail with special instructions and preparation/packaging of my orders is incredible. I appreciate their service and the food is great!

The food has always been outstanding in the past so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they just had an off day. The Frisco Wrap was light much lighter on some of the ingredients than usual and the slice of cheese still had the paper that separates slices, still on it. Discovered that when chewing and it was kind of gross trying to get the paper out of my mouth. The wrap lost its appeal for me after that. At first I thought they'd given me mac salad instead of the Pasta Salad because it was elbow macaroni, but turns out they must have changed the pasts they use for that because it was pasta salad. But again looks like they've maybe cut down on the ingredients because the only things in there were carrots and feta cheese (at least those were the only things visible). I get that ingredients are expensive and maybe they've had to cut back on some things but for the cost, I was really disappointed and don't know if I'll order from there anymore. Their food used to be amazing, so hopefully this was just a one-off poor experience?

The burger was cold and tough. The tomato soaked thru the bun because the produce wasn't separated on the side. The fries were cold and undercooked. I spent 20 mins disassembling, reheating, air frying, and toasting. At the low,low cost of $44.

Hands down the worst french dip I've ever tasted. Roast beef was way over cooked and the au jus was brown water. Also, fries don't travel well in a plastic container, unless you enjoy steamed fries. The meatball panini clearly sat for a while. I basically paid about $70 for a bowl of chicken rice soup. Do better!
