• 6/25/25Al Pastor Tacos are bomb! Large, single, corn tortilla, with cilantro and onion. Meat has the authentic char on it, so im assuming it's prepped on a trompo. No pineapple on these like lots of places do but it doesnt need it!
Beans were hot and full of flavor and had some cheese on top.

• 8/25/26Let me just say this... since we discovered Fuego we have had it at least once a week. My husband has been in another state for 3 months and he randomly tells me how much he wants Fuego when he gets back. My son can't stand Mexican food but will devour the steak quesadilla. You can't go wrong, it's truly the best!

• 8/1/22Al pastor was AMAZING and so flavorful. I get my burrito "wet" but it was actually swimming in sauce so I didn't end up liking it that way BUT it still tasted amazing. 5 stars because this place is great.
