WOW! This was a 12/10 experience! I'm 10 weeks pregnant and nothing sounds good to me at all, but this morning I had a craving for a good bagel. I remembered seeing this just opened so figured if give it a shot and it did NOT disappoint! Bagels are soft and chewy but crunchy on the outside, the homemade cream cheese was light and fluffy and had amazing flavor, the bacon was cripy and the veggies were fresh on the Deno. This is definitely going to be my new go-to breakfast spot!

Last time I did a review I mentioned how the bagel wasn't cut and it didn't quite taste like New York bagels. I've lived in NY my whole life and just re-ordered today and WOW. Yes yes yes. They got it DOWN. Sandwich was cut and delicious. Closest to NY you can get down here. Very happy!

Wild Thyme bagel is Olympic-gold delightful for a rare flavor, with silver medal going to Everything bagel, and bronze medal to Sesame for excellent execution on classic bagels, and the superb habit this shop employs with seeding the entire bagel with seasoning (not just the top).
Your home will smell amazing after toasting these things.
Top these with Lox Cream Cheese for a great finish.
This bagel shop makes a great bagel, however their coffee game doesn't shine brightly (yet). This can be fixed with the careful selection of an excellent grind, if they take the time to find one. Anything from Green Mountain, Copper Cow, or Dallmayr Prodomo would work nicely on its own or mixed in their caffeinated menu items.
Supply and demand isn't streamlined yet... they often run out of flavors, which has prohibited my intent to purchase 6 times so far.

For how expensive it is For a bagel breakfast sandwich, everything was bland . Ice latte no ice , no flavor even tho I choose Carmel. Been wanting to try this place for a while and was disappointed. I won't be back

I was really looking forward to trying the bagels so I went and got their salt bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was so dense I could hardly bite through it and when I did I lot all the cream cheese and had to rip the bagel with my teeth. Bagel had no flavor. Not a fan at all. We need Brueggers here.
