Sushi was fresh and delicious. I also loved the chicke katsu - fried well and food arrived hot.

Don't order from here if you are hungry. The normal salmon or tuna roll comes with only six pieces instead of 8 pieces like normal places and they are mostly rice. The ngiri was teeny tiny with two pieces equal to one at another restaurant. It tasted good...but not that good

We have ordered from Fuji at Kendall many times and typically it is great quality and a lovely treat. Today was not the case. Some fish did not seem fresh, cuts were nauseatingly thick (despite asking for thin cuts), the choices in the deluxe sashimi platter were more limited than normal, and the care typical to the restaurant was missing. Will think twice about ordering again, especially for the price.

We were disappointed with the quality of this food considering the rating and price. The Chicken Katsu was overcooked, dry and not edible. The General Gao Chicken was a gluggy mess and over battered. Both of these dished were thrown out.

The Udon was tasty but the General Gao Chicken and Steamed Mix Vegetables portions were insanely small. Not at all worth the prices.
