Their food is always delicious and fresh. I also appreciate how beautifully they pack it for delivery. Always my go to restaurant for sushi.

Fuji used to be one of the best places in town. The last two times I've ordered, the food quality has been awful. The California Roll tasted like chemicals. The Hibachi Chicken was woody/chewy where my dog wouldn't even eat it, and she's a living garbage disposal. The portion size on everything was great. The onion soup tasted like dirty dishwater. The only highlight was the Beef Fried Rice. The beef was incredibly tender, and of course the yum Yum Yum Sauce is great.
I used to not mind spending money at Fuji, but I'm definitely would not again for a long time.

The Fancy Rainbow Roll was blue - and/or bad fish. It smelled fine, but looked scary. Didn't dare eat it b/c I was scared I would be sick. Sushi isn't blue!!!
The Black Dragon Roll was edible. Eel had some inedible chewiness to it.
Note in the pictures the ginger is bright salmon colored. It tasted fine, but didn't seem like it was fresh or natural ginger. Wasabi was bland.

THE BEST HIBACHI SPOT IN THE WORLD!!! The Lunch Filet Mignon was amazing! They never miss! Best yum yum sauce too!
