• 12/1/21You can never go wrong ordering from Fuji Sushi. I've been ordering from them for a while now and have nearly had all sushi rolls, and they're all great. Their appetizers, namely the mussels and miso soup, are also amazing. For the price, this sushi is outstanding.

it tasted incredible and the Fuji Cheesecake was probably the best cheesecake I have ever had that I didn't make myself.

• 9/13/24All of the food is great except the Side Salad. $3.50 for a little bit of brown iceberg lettuce and a small cup of dressing is ridiculous.

• 7/31/24First time ordering from here. Miso soup was delicious. Sushi and sashimi entree had a decent portion size and they accommodated the extra ginger and soy sauce request. The ginger tasted a bit off... it's been awhile since I had pink ginger so maybe it's the dye? It just seemed to have a weird earthy after taste that I have not experienced before when eating other pickled ginger. Rice was a little on the gummy side texture wise and a little too sweet for my personal taste. The tuna was okay and seemed fresh but it just didn't taste like any sashimi tuna I have had previously. Salmon was decent. I'm sure the fish would be fine in maki but I don't think I'd get it as sashimi and nigiri again.

• 8/18/25The unagi is delicious and my husband loved the fried rice but with the miso soup you barely get any, it's in a really thin/short container and it doesn't even fill up half a mug.
