Fuji Yama is our weekly Dash for our "Sushi Sunday." It is always fast and fresh, but this last order was even better than our prior orders. The Salmon sashimi was extremely fresh with a generous portion. We also love the Philadelphia Roll , the Vegetable Roll , and the Jason Ichiban Roll is always a must!

We love Fuji Yama but the portion sizes were so tiny my young children ate it all. The poke salad was good but the rolls were literally baby bite-size. It's unfortunate because it was very expensive. The miso soup was so tiny as well. I would expect for the price it would be double the size
