the food is amazing. the burger was delicious, it has lots of flavor. I would highly recommend this place. first time trying it & I'm already in love.

The burger was fine, but the bacon should have been cooked more as it was half cooked. The onion rings were greasy and a small portion for $8. The brownie ordered (1st thing on the receipt stapled to the bag) was left out.

Double impossible burger and sweet potato fries. The bun address a nice flavor and the tomato had a perfect texture. Totally delicious

Not bad - a bit pricy and messy, and the fries are not waffle fries like in the picture (maybe it was an upgrade I missed?) but pretty tasty nonetheless.

Okay so there food is pr darn good! HOWEVER, the Owner or Regional Manager of this location needs to be aware of the extremely poor customer service, their staff had exhibited the evening 10/28/24. I had called once I received my order to confirm the quantity portion of their small fries because once receiving my order, I only had five fries. I have ordered from this location in the past and I can assure you, my Friday did not come with five fries. So on top of receiving a size small fry a handful of fries and continuously calling only to get hung up on after the line was picked up either on the 1st, 2nd or 4th or 5th ring. Now I am assuming this was a staff member doing this because I cannot forsee management being this unprofessional. I would hope not anyways. I do hope this review is read by management or owner so tjisxankot happen in the future to potential repetitive customers. So all in all their good is good but there staff should be retrained in customer service. Which is why I gave this review only 1 star. A place can have mouth watering food but if their staff cannot exibit proper customer service their mouth watering food means nothing.
