After experiencing Fuku four times (once near Wall Street and thrice in Miami), I finally got a glimpse of what other diners are raving about and I am glad the fourth time was the charm. I added Momofuku Chili Crunch and Sweet & Spicy Glaze to the Miso Ranch & Slaw Chicken Sandwich. This combination was almost perfect! The extra toppings really elevated the flavor of the entire sandwich, rounding things out with a delicious balance of sweetness, savoriness, acidity, umami, and fiery heat. Fuku is a bit frugal with the vegetables. Had they tripled or at least doubled the slaw, the sandwich would have had the freshness that defines a premium sandwich. If David Chang + Christina Tosi are listening, we would love some Milk Bar Pie Ice Cream pints here in Miami... Please just make sure the packaging can survive an hour in DoorDash transit without melting in Florida heat. If there's one thing Miami needs, it's truckloads of Milk Bar Pie Ice Cream!!

Absolutely LOVED the spicy OG sandwich. So flavorful and still crispy. The sides were excellent as well. My favorite is the potato salad!!! Can't go wrong with the Yuzu Lemonade. Everything was packaged so nicely and arrived as ordered and was super fast!!! 5 stars for Fuku!

The 3 PIECE TENDERS had little chicken and was mostly breaded. The prices on here are like $2-3+ more than in the restaurant. The cashiers are cheap with the sauces and lie about giving cups of ices and claim they, "put it in the bag."

I tried Fuku several years ago when they opened on Wall Street, but couldn't really remember whether it was good. I decided to try them here in Miami only because they were running a BOGO promo that made all the DoorDash fees seem more reasonable. All of the components of the sandwich were fresh, but nothing really stood out as far as delivering a memorable flavor punch. Overall, the chicken should have been a bit more savory, garlicky, and spicier. The slaw should have been a bit sweeter. The ranch should have had more umami and a bit more acidity. I will try Fuku again if I get another promo, but as it stands, Bonchon, Kung Fu Chicken, and Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy! are much better than Fuku.
