The fully loaded nachos arrived without the jalapeños, without the salsa. I did get the sour cream. However, the queso was horrible. The little bowl was only half full, and what was in it was very thin and watery. It just ran through the nachos when poured on them. And I used Doordash for this order, so I paid almost 20 dollars for it.

Both pizzas were over cooked/ crust burned-- basically not edible! Such a disappointment-- usually love Fully Loaded pizza. Location may be the difference-- 5 points has always been spot on.
