My favorite Boba place in Rancho Cordova! The drink I most often get which is the one in this pic is the Marble Milk Tea because it is a combo of my two favorite milk teas's, Thai & Taro! So creamy and delicious. First time trying their French fries and 100% recommend. Perfectly crunchy and then soft on the inside! Still very hot when they arrived as well. Thoroughly impressed as always by this place. Their jalapeño poppers are also very good too!

Super fresh! Light but deliciously seasoned tri-tip ban mi! I would definitely order it again. The green sauce (some kind of chutney? Green ranch? Jalapeno flavor...) was great with the jalapeno poppers and on my sandwich too! Portion size was enough for two meals. Yum!

First time trying this place and it's SO good. Banh mi was huge, LOTS of meat, the meat has a good grilled flavor. The Fresh Spring Rolls are ENORMOUS, the tofu was freshly cooked. Drinks were made to exact specifications and boba additions were good, not too hard or chewy. Will be ordering again! Green Apple Tea is AMAZING!

Food and drinks are delicious and everything is reasonably price! Love the chicken pot stickers and the pork sandwich is huge for the price! We love the honey dew & strawberry slush!

They were out of tofu so they called and replaced it with chicken after I said it's okay, very nice! Always good food and drinks! The MangoNada didnt have the fun straw wrap like the photo but the drink is delicious.
