Fusion Cafe is really consistent on their baked goods, coffee, and service! I tend to get their vanilla latte because I really like their hhomemade vanilla syrup, but I got their Iced Americano - 16 Oz this time and it was really good as well! Their espresso is really nice, it has a very good aroma and you can easily tell that it wasn't over-roasted like some popular commercial brands tend to be! Their donuts and Kolache - Single are as good as they usually are which isgreat when you're looking for that consistent flavor from order to order. Everything is aalways fresh and the portions are well sized.

The vanilla latte is very good! The espresso is great and I could tell the difference between usual commercial syrups and their hommade one - Fusion's is rich and full bodied, a great option instead of a typical syrup. The two raised donuts I got were fluffy and decidedly homemade! You could see it in the rise of the dough and the flavor of the glaze. The donuts are large and defintiely worth it. The blueberry fritter was large, cinnamony, with fresh blueberries, and a delicious glaze. The kolaches are really good as well! I had one cheese an one jalapeno; the jalapeno wasn't too spicy, but ask for plain ones if that's not your thing.

My son is obsessed with these donuts and they are so delicious and fresh! Don't mind the mostly eaten doughnut in the picture. It was just devoured moments before the picture was taken. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

I want to prise the employees for always being so kind and welcoming!
The maple doughnuts and sprinkles are where it is at! There are other flavors that are particular to some taste buds, and unfortunately, with the dozens you do not get to pick, and we wound up with 3 that no one in the house will touch in the full Full Dozen House (Incls 3 Premium), and 1 in the Old Fashioned Assorted - Half Dozen. The blueberry ones have an odd after taste that sticks around for a bit.
