Let me start out by saying that I only have one critique and it will in no way sway my decision to eat from here again - that will literally happen tomorrow night for dinner also.
Because, this place was great. I'm in from out of town for work for two nights and needed a late dinner. Had no idea what this place was but I was craving Italian and love Chinese, so it was great to see this interesting combination name pop up on the list of choices.
All that being said, let's get to the food:
I'd give the (1) Tortellini alla vodka with chicken a 4.0/5 ONLY because I'm very picky on chicken strips in food and these just didn't work for me, so I ate around them—I dunno lol. Anyway! The tortellini and sauce was amazing. (2) The Cannoli tasted extremely fresh, and I fully expected this to come tasting frozen and thawed with a stale, soft nasty shell. This was not that. This was 5/5. 10/10. Highly recommend. So good. (3) Largest Mexican coke 16.91 Oz I've personally ever seen in person but that isn't saying much in my experience with Mexican coke products. So, 5/5? Woo! (4) And the Strawberry lemonade 20 OZ was exceptional. I was hoping that it would be a bit more sweet, but I just love sweet. Still 5/5.
As an Italian, born and raised on Long Island, NY, I never would have expected to find great Italian food in Grand Island, Nebraka. For real, great food. Hefty portions for the pasta. Huge cannoli. All around really great.

Best food I've had since moving to Hastings more than two years ago. Drool worthy, delicious, generous portions. These guys do not disappoint. My biggest pet peeve with using DoorDash is the lack of utensils. These guys were on top of that too. Chefs kiss, Fusion Gourmet!!! Don't change a thing!!!

Love Fusion and their variety of foodoptions. I'veate here several times, each time food was hot andfresh!! Love their crab Crab Rangoon ( 3 pieces) and Orange Chicken was so yumy!!
