This place is the best thing you can get in eldorado hands down. The food is always fresh, the amount is always abundant, and the staff is awesome. This fusion is different than the other locations in a great way. I've ate at about 80% of the fusion locations across the state and this location is by far my favorite, because the customer service and the quality .

The Quesabirria is AMAZING! Crunchy, spicy, balanced with deliciously marinated meat, fresh cabbage, tasty shells and delectable sauces. I'm addicted!!!
