• 9/13/252nd time we get the wrong order. Bagels are good but people working behind the counter are not reading or famil with the menu. I ordered 2 everything bagels with butter and received the 2 bagels with Jelly. DoorDash only credits partial of the total.

• 12/14/25Their bagels are great however, the delivery experience was poor. They did not send the correct type of bagels, and they failed to follow the instructions to toast them. I won't order takeout or delivery from here again.
