My test is always a traditional Italian Sausage pizza.
Gallo's is now our go to for the best true thin crust pizza in town!
Very thin crunchy crust with cormmeal bottom, perfect amount of sauce and cheese, very tasty iltalian sausage.

Pizza is so good!! We are repeat customers and will definitely order again! Generous portions of sausage and you can tell it's fresh. Receipt says i ordered 50 Wings too but i didn't order or pay for wings so not sure what happened there.

We love their Pepperoni Pizza. The Jumbo Wings need to be cooked longer for crunchy skin, the skin came slimy, but the Buffalo Mild Sauce was good & a lot of good meat. The Gallo’s Salad was good but was missing Black & Green Olives and Shaved Asiago Cheese. We love their The Chef Sandwich! It is their Italian Beef with Mozzarella Cheese & Side if hot Side Hot Giardiniera.

Absolute BEST pizza around!Toppings are always so SO generous. My go-to is pineapple & bacon. Nom nom.

Definitely our favorite pizza in the Crystal Lake / Cary area!!!!! Great tasting super fresh pizza!!!! Will order again. Highly recommended!!!
