wings were flavorful and cooked perfectly. I put mushrooms in the air fryer upon arrival for 3 minutes and they were as crispy as freshly made. Enjoyed it all

One of the worst orders we have made to date on DoorDash. You can tell there is zero care from the staff, and most likely the owners. I own a restaurant in Jacksonville, and I hate to leave this review as things do happen, but there needs to be an overhaul. The amount of issues points to a larger problem. The chicken was overcooked, the oil tasted dirty, I was missing all the pieces I paid for. I couldn't even chew some of the pieces. It tasted like day old leftovers. My child's dinner was forgotten completely, the appetizers were tiny portions and missing ingredients, just sloppy. The artichoke dip had chunks of unmelted cream cheese in it. A complete lack of oversight, and attention to detail. I saw the reviews were just ok, and took a shot. It was a miss.

The Philly Cheesesteak bread was so stale it just crumbled when picked up. The Monte Cristo which is usually amazing was overcooked and had hardly any filling. The onion petals were so overcooked there was nothing but breading and the onions disolved The Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls were overcooked as well. They were cooked so long; you couldn't tell what was in them.

Dont order from here. The wigs have no sauce and They sent out burnt fries and all drums when I ordered all flats!!!

What happened?! So disappointed. Just spent $80 on food for every single item to come out terrible. Wings were raw inside and EXTREMELY salty, I had to throw away. The fries were so old and dry. If we are spending this money on food it needs to be good!
