I've always worked as a chef, but this is the first time I'm opening my own restaurant.
I knew I wanted to work with Italian food before we found Gavino's, and I've had the pleasure of learning some f…
Gavinos never disappoints! It's the best Italian place around! It's definitely our go to place! My husband loves the Grandma pizza. I love all of their pasta dishes but spaghetti with meat sauce is probably my favorite. They give huge portions, even in their child size.

The pizza is amazing looking and authentic Italian foldable style but I had to take a point off because I ordered the Margherita pizza and there's no fresh basil!! That killed the taste, unfortunately. Huge portion sizes including the pizza. Great value.

Gavinos never disappoints! It's up there with the best Italian place in Knoxville in my opinion! I write the same review several times a month, because we eat here often! The Grandma pizza is top notch. They have great sauce! I love several of their pastas. The last few times I have gotten Spaghetti with meat sauce, again their sauce is ahh-mazing!

I've never ordered a dish I didn't like from Gavinos! It's our go-to place! We love it so much! We order a couple of times a month. Today, I had Chicken Penne, and it's probably my favorite pasta I've tried as of yet. My husband loves the Grandma pizza!! We order one every time! Great job, Gavinos!!! You guys NEVER disappoint!!

This is the best pizza we have had in Knoxville! I am from NY and am pretty picky when it comes to pizza, and the Neapolitan Pizza is excellent! We also enjoyed the spaghetti Spaghetti with Meatballs and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce very much!
