The Chocolate Noir mixed with the Caramel Crunch and the Old Fashioned Remedy was unreal. Honestly it... It was easily as delicious and exquisitely balanced as any frozen treats I have had from The Honey Paw and way better that GG 😉 no offense them.

The Lobster Gelato Single Serving was surprisingly delicious, The brown butter base has a buttery caramel flavor, there are small chunks of lobster in it, pro tip: let it melt a little so the lobster chunks defrost a little. Would I order it again? If someone else was buying, yes! I think it's a must try at least once. For the Dish I ordered my favorite flavor the Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, it kind of tastes like a melted candy bar. This is my go to flavor another protip, (though I didn't do it this time) get the Muddy Bites , they are tiny sugar cones filled with chocolate, I like to dip them in the gelato and make mini ice cream cones.

I had ordered two dishes, one medium and one large, later in the evening and the large size was what you would expect when ordering a Dish, but the medium had what appeared to be a half a scoop of gelato. It made absolutely no sense in comparison to the large that was almost leaking with gelato. Tasted excellent though!

This gelato is the best. None of it melted yet when I got it which was a pleasant surprise. I have ordered this before and will continue to because it is a family favorite.
