• 1/20/24Everything was great - my husband says the Fried Rice was the best he has ever had. I agree. I really loved "The Red Sea", tuna was tender and the ponzu with jalapeno slices added the perfect kick. I always worry about ordering sushi delivery but the resturant packed everything super well and the dasher handled everything with care. The Miso Soup was hot and had generous amounts of tofu and green onions. Honestly, can't wait to order from them again!

• 5/22/22I was super excited to try Gen Kai and have tried a few times before but they've always closed or declined my order. Finally got it today and spent over $100 for the food to consist of mostly old rice. The pieces of fish were tiny and everything, down to the wasabi, was extremely flavorless.

• 2/24/23Ordered the Katsudon and I was very disappointed. It was flavorless, pork cutlet was dry, and the vegetables were wilted and sad. Tons of other places in town that do it better. Food also took forever.

• 10/11/23Everything our family has order has been fantastic! Best sushi in town, fairly priced, large portions and very friendly staff. Tuesday is date night and it's always at Gen Kai!
