Gene's is so underrated. Even if it wasn't the only Xi'an restaurant around, it would still be the best.

Genes is SO delicious!! I had the hand pulled #2 Lamb hand-pulled noodle soup 羊肉烩面 , tea eggs and lamb skewers. All was delicious!

The flatbread is way too dry, also there's supposed to be veggies like pepper in it, but none. I ordered the side veggies but it's just some desiccated carrots and onions, never getting it again.

Xi'an cold noodles not authentic at all. The noodles taste undercooked and are not the thick handpulled noodles that they should be. The restaurant's photo hides that from view. Deceptive. Do not recommend. Go to Q instead.
