What a shame!! They've always been consistent in the quality up until now. They got my order wrong. Instead of the Wing Bundle I ordered, I got just Wings, with watery bleu cheese dressing. And the Stolen Base came with barely any fries that were undercooked and soggy ( I requested crispy), the bottom of the bun was super soggy, it had way too much mayo and the whole thing was greasy. What a disappointment! Their burgers and fries are usually amazing.

I had to heat it up but it was totally worth it. The steak and veggies were perfectly (re: not overly) cooked. The mashed potatoes held their own too. Definitely a 5/5.

I've been ordering here for a few years but the fried food has changed and quality drastically has gone down. Mozzarella Sticks were almost white in color on the outside.. very soft outside texture and the cheese was not melty. Fries soft and mushy. Burger was almost completely red with only a thin layer of brown. So sad. Glad I have an air fryer.

This is just half of the Club House Sandwich! So yummy and fresh just like when they serve it at the table. My new fav!
