I ordered the mangu and the limon juice and let me tell you, the food was amazing. The mangu was flavorful and not dry like other restaurants. The limon juice was the perfect amount of sweet and sour. Definitely would order again.

I had order a fish broth there was a confusion but the owner was amicable and understanding he not only made it right for me but he also sent a driver from Shenandoah to Pottsville to correct the error. They yaroas are the best and theyr chimis are flavorful. Great portions too!

Overall, everything was good aside from the missing guacamole. The Empanadas filling had a nice flavor but was really dry. The sauce that went with was just okay. It tasted like ketchup and mayo. The Chimi Chicken Sandwich was excellent!! super flavorful, and the bread was incredibly soft and fresh.
The Dominican chesse were so darn good, but I wasn’t too sure about the sauces on top. Portion sizes were great. The Quipe / Kibbeh was okay it was my first time trying it, along with a few other items like the Dominican fries and the Chimi Chicken Sandwich.
One thing to note the Jugos Naturales pictured in the photos was misleading. What I received was very different and reminded me more of agua fresca than the thicker, smoothie-like drink I was expecting.
I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. I would love it if the restaurant considered adding more detailed descriptions of the food offered it would really help customers know what to expect!

The food is always consistent and always fresh. The Chimi is very flavorful, as are the Jugos Naturales . The portion sizes are good, and I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The fries and sandwich were outstanding! The fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection, the sandwiches were delicious, and even the desert I got tasted phenomenal!
