I have always loved this place. The dumplings can be a little hit or miss. When they hit, they're amazing, when they miss, they're only good. Rarely ever have an issue with my bowl order

The beef and broccoli was great a full bowl and my son said it was good and seasoned to his liking. On the other hand the create your own bowl was trash. It wasn't seasoned very much at all. And it was only half way full. $15 for a half full bowl? I won't be ordering again

I will never order Ghengis Grill through Door Dash or any other delivery service again! Who ever made my bowl should be fired. I've never had a dry bowl before, and they made it with the least amount of ingredients I chose. I love Ghengis, but will get it myself from now on!

Was in store to pick up at the time mentioned. Despite a minimal in-person attendance, any time a new customer came in they would push our order aside for them. Waited 45 minutes longer.
