I asked for Jalapeños but didn't get any. Also could have used more sauce. I picked two sauces and wasn't very saucy. And they gave me literally 3 snap peas in a large bowl. Very bland and chicken was over cooked. When I buy a large bowl for $16 I expect it to be loaded. Edamame was on point tho.

I have recent ordered 4 times from Genghis Grill in the last 6 weeks. I love their food but they can't seem to get it right.
1st time: they included about half of the ingredients that I ordered without explanation.
2nd time: the order was great.
3rd time: I ordered a large bowl, got a medium bowl but got overcharged for a large. That's an expensive mistake!
4th time: burnt food, omitted vegetables! I am giving up on this place for delivery.

Food is always really good, but this is the second time I've received no noodles with my bowl, which is kind of confusing to me because there is supposed to be a starch in every bowl.
