I ordered 1 order of tuna salad sushi(picture shows 4 for $3.95 on doordash instead they sent me only 2 sushis for $2.95, I also asked for 8 dynamite maki & rainbow sushi rolls but was sent only 4 .
Also asked for 4 sets of chopsticks,wasabis , shoyu & ginger for the sushis ordered for 4 people but was only sent 1 set for the entire pkg.of 4 sushi . ..
I ordered way in advance about 1:00 pm for a 4:00 pm delivery so to have missing items for my grandchildren was disappointing . I have eaten at Genki & always enjoyed their fresh sushi.
Also disappointing was the fact that ,unlike other restaurants, Genki did not answer their phone to redeliver to correct this. The dynamite maki is usuallydelicious at the restaurant but unlike the picture which shows a full 1" sushi slice with ample fish , what was delivered were 4- very thinly sliced (about 1/4 " each) of dynamite makis with hardly any rice & they were flat & difficult to pick up.

The food here was ok. I was highly disappointed that I didn't get all my food. I did get some of the money back, but after I submitted my items missing, a few minutes later I realized I received only 3 pieces of hamachi, but I paid for 3 orders of hamachi...so I paid almost $20 for just 3 pieces of hamachi..I couldn't get any more refunded since I didn't notice this right away and I had already sent in my request. They were missing several items. The food were not labeled so I can't honestly tell if the volcano roll or the dynamite seafood was the one I hated.. it was cold so I assume dynamite seafood since volcano roll is supposed to be baked. The dynamite seafood actually tasted sour which I'm not used to with sauces that are on sushi.

O my the sushi here is always awesome. I am a huge fan. The spicy tuna is fantastic and the volcano roll is spicy and sweet.

Always love Genki Sushi! I like the variety, a little pricey for a small portion but worth it. My fave items are the tuna bomb and volcano roll.

Its the second time they missed some items. I checked this time while I was still there outside of the door after I got the order and went back for it. The cashier knows which items were missing and which were not! What makes this experience so bad is that, it seems like she knew exactly what was happening, but never approached to me until I was right there in front of the desk.
