Fries could have been better quality with some added flavor. Cheesesteaks need a quality mayo like Dukes. Hoagie roll was on point. Not worth 20.00 a sub. Hard to believe that it's so difficult to get a decent cheesesteak in the Hampton Roads area.

I placed an order despite the reviews and even after hearing my friends’ personal experiences because I wanted to give this place a fair shot and form my own honest opinion before ruling them out.
Well… let’s just say I should’ve listened and saved a few bucks. This was honestly one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had in a while. Calling this a Philly cheesesteak feels generous. The sandwich lacked flavor, quality, and anything close to what I expected from a place known for cheesesteaks.
Unfortunately, this was a complete miss for me and definitely not worth the money. You never have to worry about me returning. If you value your taste buds and your wallet, I’d personally suggest looking elsewhere. 👎🏽

Very disappointed. I ordered a Pepper Cheesesteak and was delivered a meat steak with what looks like the snallest amount of cheese possible. Not a cheese steak at all.
