The food was hot, tasty and memorable the catfish was properly prepared, the grits were dreamy and packaged well. The smothered porkchops were a surprise, the gravy was thick & delicious. Coating my garlic rice with the gravy was a homerun. My only complaint was the gravy spilled out out of the container so it was a bit messy when it arrived, so a ton was left inside the brown bag. The lemon cake was missing as well. Other wise a good meal.

The Blackened Chicken Pasta was so delicious, the Fried Green Tomatoes were perfect along with the lemon aioli, so tangy. This food tasted exact how I expected and was made with care and quality. I will absolutely order from Georgia's again when I'm craving Soul Food!!

Georga's is THEE 1...2...AND 3!!! Fried shrimp with NO TAIL?!?!?! where elsecan get love like that??? Their fried cat is SWELL....seasoned well, breaded well, fried to perfection!!! The jambalaya, cajun seasoned fries, peach cobbler....EVERYTHING is swell!!! TO/FOR anyone claiming it's too expensive, remember...you get what you pay for, good food aint cheap, & cheap food aint good!!!

Sometimes you want a comfort meal. For me that is beans and rice or chili and rice. The chili and mac and red beans and rice fit the bill. It is so satisfying and filling and well seasoned that I can now barely move. Each is chef's kiss. I had the catfish another time and it too was chef's kiss. I crave my cat filet, black eyed peas, red beans and rice, and chili often and they are hard to find in one place unless you cook them yourself. This is a great find. All well and securely packed.

Very disappointed!
There was only a cup and a half of gravy and when rice was added all was soaked up. There were 4 slices of okra, chicken, 4 shrimp, and chicken. There was no sausage. If cup of gumbo is $7.99, why did I pay $29.99 for this amount?
The potatoes in potato salad were hard and not able to chew.
