first, the brownies were plain, 3.49 brownies, but I ordered a strawberry iced brownie & a turtle brownie, so I paid 2 dollars for nothing. secondly, the brownies & cupcakes weren't of the quality I'd expect. cupcakes were dry & brownies were bland. I dont mean to complain, but this is the 2nd time my order has been messed up & I've only ordered from there a few. I'd have to say that the cheesecake was the only item out if 5 that was good.

I ordered a Wedding cake cupcake. I received a stale cupcake with dried up confetti icing, barely 1 dollop that wasn't even on top but down in the side of the box. On the bag someone had written "replaced wedding with confetti" Dasher didn't bother to call & ask if I was ok with the change or not! Not sure when Gigi's stopped the 3 dollop swirl of icing. There was NOTHING special about this cupcake. The look & the taste made me wonder if it was even a real Gigi's cupcake. This one wasn't worth a buck let alone the $6+ bucks I was charged!

Chocolate Salted Caramel had zero caramel filling, and no sea salt on top of the tiny bit of chocolate. Nothing like the picture/description.
