We were so excited when this restaurant opened and have gone many times and loved it. lately I have ordered on DoorDash and the last few times have been very disappointing.
The Chicken Pho broth is delicious but they really skimped on the noodles and greens. I also ordered springs rolls since I didn't see vegetarian I put it the comments but again they were only filled with lettuce and noodles. Such an expensive dinner and so disappointing. I will not be ordering again and if I want it I will visit the restaurant so I can send my order back when it's missing items.

Beef 51) Vietnamese Beef Stew with Egg Noodles or Rice Noodle (Mi/Hủ Tiếu Bò Kho) Soup was a little on the sweeter side than other spots and the meet pieces were good size but not enough. 2. Fresh Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls / Gỏi Cuốn for the price some places give you 3 rolls instead of two. But in fairness it was well made. The 43) Grilled Filet Mignon Steak, Grilled Shrimp, and Stir-Fried Vegetable over Rice/Com Bò Filet Mignon Steak, Tôm Nướng, Rau Xào good for what it is but if they added one more shrimp and stir fried the veggies that would of been superb.

so good i love their pho. the broth is my favorite part. everything about it is perfect, no other pho rest in gilroy match it

Food was overall ok. Disappointed on very little chicken & mainly dark fatty meat. Seemed like a lot less than you would get in store. Broth was ok, a little bland.
