My pretzel did not include icing, and was rock hard paid $9 for something you expect to be warm and delicious is very upsetting, my lemonade also did not have any strawberry added again paying for something you don't receive is very upsetting

I can't believe how small the Monster Cookie was for it being almost $4!! I won't be getting that again, it was ok but definitely not worth$4

Pretzel Cheesecake Stuffed was amazing and warm

every time i doordash boba from here they give me a regular straw instead of a boba straw. i'm paying $2+ for the boba i kinda wanna be able to drink it ??
