I always get the tofu baguette. I used to come here with my grandma who lived nearby. Good food for relatively low prices and it is very nostalgic for me. The hoisin sauce is very good too (the dark brown sauce.) Very recommended especially the tofu sandwich!

This has been my go to dish at Ginger at Yonge and Bloor. I like it with the crushed chili sambal and about 4 lime wedges. It's heavenly.
So to help Ginger buiid authority on this dish:
- started going to Ginger in late 90s maybe around 2000
- on September 11, 2001 - yes / 911.
I lived at Bloor and Bathurst
And my roommate was working at church and Bloor
They closed the downtown down and evacuated everyone from downtown.
I drove across Bloor to church.
And grabbed 2 of these dishes.
It's that kind of dish.
When all hell is breaking lose you want this dish.
With the sambal and the lime.
Tastes better in the restaurant.

Over 20 years eating from here. First time ordering this. You would think it woud at least be full.
However, it was delicious! Clean, delicate, flavourful and not too salty. Lots of green onions and the dumplings were juicy.
Home sick and this was perfect.

The food is always delicious. The 27. Beef & Roll was hot and delicious great portions. Ill add more beef next time because its sooo good. But the portions are alrea very generous. Ordered 5 times since Jan 1st. Love you guys

flavour wasn't usual for the number 46. they didn't give cabagge they gave us bok choy 2 small pieces. I have been ordering number 46 from ginger since forever and this was the first time I had this happen. The rest was good.
