The Crystal Shrimp sure hit the spot. The shrimp are crispy and the sauce is unbelievably creamy. Was it as good as it would be if I'd eaten in the restaurant, no. But it was a delicious treat to get myself through the rest of the work day.

The House Fried Rice is literally one of a kind. I've never tasted Fried Rice this good. Love the layer of flavor the pineapple gives. And love the fact that the beef in the Beef Fried Rice is always clean and tender. No fat, no gristle, no tough chewy meat. Despite it seeming pricey, you get a ton for the price and can save some for later. Nothing else comes close to being this good!

I've been eating here for years and never had a problem until today. The rice was overcooked paste. The eggrolls were dense with almost no filling other than rice noodles. The shrimp were overly fishy tasting and rubbery. I'm so saddened, this was my go to Asian food order.

My order today was chefs kiss. Thai Curry Chicken was amazing and so was the Appleton Roll. They are my go to. 10/10

In the past the Pad Thai has always been really good, lots of flavor and tasty noodles. Well tonight my Pad Thai tasted old, stale and looked very unappetizing. Our Fried Rice also tasted old/stale. Like it's been reheated a dozen times. We didn't eat it....I've never had a bad experience with Ginger Rootz before, so I'm a little bummed. On the bright side my husband ordered Gen Tso Chicken and that was very tasty! Nori Salad is always a hit too.
