Thefamily salad is tiny and very minimal especially for paying more than $20. The pizza is, of course, fantastic. It's pricey, but at least you are getting something for your money, unlike the salad. I'm grateful for the vegan cheese option.

Gino's East deep dish pizza has changed significantly. I've been eating their pizza for 30 years and until tonight, it was consistently delicious- great sauce, tons of cheese, and it had the best, most distinctive, tasty crust. Tonight, my family and I were shocked by how much thinner/less dense the pizza was overall. It wasn't as heavy. There was significantly less cheese and sauce and some of the toppings were so sparse that they were barely detectable. The worst part is that they changed the crust. It's generic, lighter/less dense and shockingly bland. The distinctive flavor of their crust was gone. In sum, we paid almost $80 for two medium pizzas that lacked the characteristic flavors and overall heft that made Gino's East Pizza a Chicago favorite. Hopefully, someone just messed up in their kitchen tonight, but I fear it's some form of "shrinkflation" or custcutting.

pizza had little to no cheese, it had no Italian beef and very lil turkey sausage. the pizza was mostly crust. I usually love geno's but for me paying $60.00 for a pizza only and to get nothing for it on the pizza. highly disappointed....

I would have preferred if the items came in a bag that was stapled or tied up for my safety. The food was good. I always love their Kale Cesar salad. They typically put the dressing on the side, but this time it was on top, which caused the croutons and the salad to get soggy. It was my first time ordering their Medium Deep-Spinach Margherita and it did not disappoint. It was flavorful and cooked well, but not overdone. I would definitely order again.

the Fettuccine Alfredo was amazing says my preg wife, and the pizza was very flavorful. pizza better than Lou Minattis, but Lous crust was phenomenal.
mozzarella and spinach Sticks & Dips were soggy. breadsticks weregreat.
